Steps to complete Gone but Not Forgotten Quest in Destiny 2 Festival of the Lost 2022

The Festival of the Lost 2022 event is now live in Destiny 2 this week’s reset, the long-awaited return of the game’s main event. We can now enter Haunted Sectors and fight down Headless creatures while attempting to finish rituals. This tutorial will go over all of the Gone but Not Forgotten quest steps in Destiny 2.

The first step is to go see Eva Levante, who can be seen in the Tower courtyard. She will assign you the mission Gone But Not Forgotten. Then, take your mask from her and equip it, as you’ll need it to complete the challenges.

The following are the steps needed in the Gone But Not Forgotten quest:

• Step 1
  • Speak to Eva to obtain your Festival of the Lost mask:
    Go to the Tower and talk to Eva. She will bestow upon you a Master Rahool-inspired mask of your choice. Choose one to advance the mission.
• Step 2
  • Put on the Festival of the Lost mask that Eva gave you:
    When you open your inventory, you’ll see the mask Eva provided you in the helmet area. Equip it to finish this step.
• Step 3
  • Talk to Eva in the Tower:
    Speaking with Eva will reward you three Spectral Pages, a type of currency exclusive to this event.
• Step 4
  • Navigate to a Haunted Sector using your Director. Once there, conduct a Summoning Ritual:
    A floating tree hologram can be found on Eva’s right side. In order to start the “Haunted Sector” Playlist, interact with it. If you are not in the Tower, you can activate the activity through your Director.
• Step 5
  • You must convert your Spectra Pages to Manifested Pages. You achieve this by eliminating at least one Headless One in Haunted Sectors
• Step 6
  • With the Manifested Pages in your inventory, head to the Book of the Forgotten and insert them in it. The Book of the Forgotten can be found to the right of Eva.
• Step 7
  • Your first Manifested Pages have now been added into the Forgotten Book. It’s time to go back to Eva and talk about the Festival of the Lost’s next steps.
  • These were the first challenges you had to achieve on your Season of the Lost Event Card. You can now inspect and make progress through all of this year’s Festival of the Lost challenges.
• Step 8
  • You can now speak with Eva to obtain your quest rewards and proceed with the Festival of the Lost 2022 event.
