The first main DLC for Dying Light 2 has been delayed

It’s not the only major video game delay taking place today. Dying Light 2‘s first big story DLC will be released in June, but it won’t actually appear until sometime in September.

“Over the past few months, we’ve focused on adding some of your most requested features, such as the new Game+ mode, the console’s FOV slider, and many co-op improvements,” The studio said… “On top of that, in June, we’ll be launching the game’s first chapter, Footsteps of the Nightcrawler, with content, events, and a much-anticipated photo mode.”

“Having said that, we need more time to develop the first story DLC, which is now scheduled to be released in September.”

Two new additions to Dying Light 2 were recently announced by Techland. One is a Peacekeeper-themed clothing and weapon set. The other is a New Game Plus mode. However, the most exciting news is that this expansion will include significant story development. Unfortunately, no specifics have been released yet.

“We apologize for the delay, but we firmly believe our community, fans and gamers deserve some truly memorable experiences,” Techland said. “We hope that the first main story DLC will meet your expectations with the absolute highest level of polish.”

I don’t believe that the delay in Dying Light 2’s narrative DLC is because of an intergalactic problem. However, it still disappoints fans. The following is a summary of Dying Light 2’s development plan.
